How to link your personal card to account in Dukascopy Bank?

As one of the payment methods available for operations on your Multi-Currency Account (MCA), Dukascopy Bank offers to make withdrawals and deposits, using your personal payment card. In this article, we will explain how to link your card to the MCA account.

Card linking procedure requires several steps:

• Go to the Cards section, click + Add new card and enter the card details.

! You can link only your personal card. 

! To avoid exchange losses, select the currency corresponding currency of future withdrawals.

! Before verifying your card, make sure that you have sufficient funds on your account, as we will make a small charge to your card. The charge will be refunded to your bank account.

• Proceed to the online bank of your personal card. Find the transaction from Dukascopy, check the amount or comment with the verification code (for example, SA12345).

• Go back to the Cards section and verify the card. Select Code to verify the card with a 5-digit code or Amount to enter the amount.

! The verification amount must be in the same currency that was chosen for linked card.

Please, note that the card should be successfully verified by both sides – the client and the Compliance department. You have three attempts to verify your card.

After linking MasterCard to your account, you will be able to deposit and withdraw funds, after Visa is linked - only to deposit your account.
