Dukascopy Multi-Currency Account Limits

There are two main limits on your Multi-Currency Account:

•         Incoming Limit for Current Quarter - this limit determines the maximum amount that can be deposited into the account within one quarter. The limit is set individually and depends on your country of residence and income. The limit is updated automatically after three months from the moment of the first transaction.

•         Limit on Total Balance of Account - this limit determines the maximum possible balance, that is, the amount that can be kept on your account at a time.

In order to check your limits follow this link:   

• Log in to your Multi-Currency Account (MCA)
• Click on your name in the right top corner to open the client profile.
• Select the tab - Account limits.

How can I increase the limit?

An individual may request to change the limit on incoming funds for the current quarter. The limit can be increased by an amount not exceeding 50% of your verified income. However, if you wish to receive a salary to your Dukascopy account, the limit will correspond to the amount of income. You should write a request to Dukascopy support by e-mail: [email protected]
