In order to use the chatbot service, you need to go to the Bank section in the bottom menu of Dukascopy Connect 911 mobile application. ChatBot allows you to perform any operations on your Multi-Currency Account (MCA), for example, order and deposit Dukascopy card, create new sub-accounts, convert currency, send money. In addition, by selecting Open e-bank option in a menu, you can get into the standard version of the mobile internet bank.
