How it works

Bots are software extensions that use Dukascopy Bank 911 as a method of communication between the user and 3rd party software. Dukascopy Bank users will be able to interact with your Chatbot by sending those messages, commands and bot specific requests. All bots utilize bot API to connect and work with Dukascopy Bank 911 Messaging platform. Bots in Dukascopy Bank 911 operate through a special ChatBot API that allows easy, secure and transparent way on how to connect to the Dukascopy Bank 911 messenger platform.

What you can do with the Messaging API

Send reply messages

Reply with a message to users who interact with your bot. Requires a reply token in the request.

Send push messages

Send messages directly to users whenever you want.

Send various type messages

Choose from various types of messages to send to users including text messages, image messages, menu messages and even invoices for payments.

Accept payments

Receive payments for goods and services from Dukascopy Bank users with just a few lines of code.
